    All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing your purchase.

  2. Damages During Transit
    If your item is damaged during transit, please call us at 410-984-6766. We’ll work with you to find a resolution and do our best to assist you.

  3. Product Accuracy
    We strive to ensure that the photos on our website accurately represent our products. However, please note:

    • Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our designs, there may be slight variations or substitutions in stems to ensure the freshest and highest-quality arrangement is delivered.

    • For custom arrangements, customers are sent images of the arrangement for approval before shipping.
